Our entire Project Management team are PRINCE2 Accredited Practitioners; a PM framework that we believe is best suited to the successful implementation of our software solutions. Our assigned Project Manager will co-author the Project Initiation Document, implement and control the communication plan, manage the risks and issues and ensure that both supplier and client remain informed, aligned, on time and on budget.
Support
The Datawright Service Desk operates against ITIL standards when responding to the needs and queries of the client. Queries are logged via the web, telephone, email, snapshot, SMS or fax, where they are then logged and managed against the client SLA. The Service Desk supports our worldwide client base in both UK and local hours.
Training
Although our software is designed with ease of use in mind, person to person training remains a critical part of ensuring the maximum return on the software. Our show, tell, do, check and approve training methodology is utilised in a structured program to provide users, system administrators and management alike a full understanding of the solution, it's configuration and operational capability.
