Kingfisher Service Management enables you to provide efficient, cost effective, reactive and proactive servicing to your customers. Diaries can be scheduled centrally to ensure calls are performed by appropriately qualified engineers, with the correct stock, in the timeframe specified by the contract.
Van stocks can be calibrated and picking lists automatically created for restocking when the engineer returns to base.
The solution is compatible with a variety of hand held mobile devices such as PDAs allowing engineers to be sent updated call lists whilst on the road and in turn they can inform the central office of completed calls and stock used.
